Payment - We accept PayPal, MasterCard and Visa. All MC/Visa transactions are
authorized through ProPay, a Wells Fargo Bank. ProPay transactions will show up as "The
Diaper Bag Wrangler" or "kc@diaperbagwrangler.com" or on your statement.
Shipping - All orders are shipped within 2 business days from when payment is cleared.
All website orders ship USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. All orders under $40
ship for a flat rate of $4.75, orders over $40 always ship for free.
International Shipping - We ship internationally, however you (the customer) are
responsible for any additional customs tariffs. If you live outside the US, you can only
purchase items through our Etsy shop (www.diaperbagwrangler.etsy.com).
Retail Stores/Wholesale - Several stores and websites carry select Diaper Bag Wrangler
items. Individual pricing, inventory and store policies may apply. We would love to have our
products in your shop- please contact us for pricing.
Customer Service - Due to the nature of our products, returns are not offered. However,
we will always accommodate a replacement if there is an issue with your purchase. Just
send me an e-mail (kc@diaperbagwrangler.com) and we can work something out. I want
you to be happy with your shopping experience!
Sale items - Select sale items are available on the website. Most sale items are available
through our Etsy Shop. Items are typically marked down when a specific fabric pattern or
item is discontinued. We have 2-3 "SupeR CrAzY SALES" each year when we clear out the
studio and discount up to 60% off.

Aprons- machine wash gentle, dry low/ line dry. Iron if needed.

Q. How many diapers will the Link Loop Diaper Bag hold?
A. Typically 4-6 diapers plus a soft pack of travel wipes. If you use a hard wipes case, you
can fit 3-4 diapers. It would also fit 1 or 2 cloth diapers.
Q. How thick is the Changing Pad?
A. The changing pad has a fabric front and an 8oz flannel reverse. The flannel is soft and
plush - so it is cushy, but not bulky. It is not water proof or water resistant. It's just a
barrier between your little one's tush and the icky changing table.
Q. How long will it take to get my order in the mail?
A. All orders ship from Philadelphia PA, so it's relative to where you live. Most East Coast
deliveries are 1-2 days. It can take 2-3 days for Midwest and West Coast Addresses. Make
sure you account for Sundays and Holidays.
